Joe graduated from Wayne State University, Detroit, MI with a BS and MS in Chemical Engineering. In 2004 Joe was inducted into Wayne State University’s Engineering Hall of Fame. He specializes in the Plastics and Polymers Industries and guides the remainder of the office in their desk specialties. With over 30 years experience in the plastics, polymers, chemicals, coatings, and adhesive and sealants industries as process engineer, technical service specialist, sales, international marketing, marketing management, business director, global vice president and COO, he has built strong teams of "A" players in his management roles.
